What Anthem does

Anthem is software that helps a sports club collect anthem auditions and assign performers to home dates. We are not a booking agent and we are not party to any arrangement between a club and a performer. Whether someone is selected, and what happens on the night, is between the club and the performer.

If you audition

By submitting an audition you confirm that:

  • The recording is of you, or of the group you are applying on behalf of, and you have the right to share it.
  • The details you give are accurate.
  • You are 18 or over, or a parent or guardian is submitting on your behalf.

Submitting an audition is not a booking. A club may select you, pass, or fill its season before reaching you. You can withdraw at any time by telling us or the club.

If you run a club

You are responsible for the accuracy of your schedule and for how you treat applicants. You agree to use the personal information you see in Anthem only to run your anthem auditions — not for marketing, ticket sales, or any other purpose, and not to be shared outside your club.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and invite teammates through Anthem rather than sharing one login. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your club's data belongs to your club. Ask and we will export it for you, or delete it.

Club names and logos

Anthem shows a club's name and crest so performers can tell one club from another. Crests are fetched from public league sources and remain the property of their owners. A club can replace or remove its crest from its settings, and any rights holder can ask us to remove one by writing to hello@anthemboard.com.

Things you may not do

  • Submit auditions or applications that are not genuine.
  • Attempt to reach data belonging to a club or performer that is not yours.
  • Scrape, resell, or republish anything you find here.
  • Interfere with the service or work around its limits.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will say why.

Availability and liability

Anthem is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not guarantee that any date will be filled.

To the extent the law allows, Anthem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Anthem whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We may end an account with notice, and immediately in the case of misuse. If we end your account without cause mid-season, we will export your schedule and applicants for you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and any dispute will be heard by the courts there.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top. For a change that materially affects a club, we will email account holders at least 14 days beforehand.
